Hosted Exchange Services

Final ASP will provide each user with a mailbox on our hosted Exchange 2007 system. Features include the following:

• A mailbox on our system with access to E-Mail, Calendars, Contacts, Journaling, Tasks and Notes
• Encrypted Access to web-based E-mail, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Notes and Public Folders via Outlook Web Access (OWA)
• Ability to share E-mail, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, etc. among users
• Ability to make meeting requests\Ability to set out of office replies
• Central Address lists
• Public Folders for document management and information with groups of users
• E-mail can optionally be filtered for Spam and Viruses via our award winning E-mail cleaning system. Our Anti-Spam service is also highly-customizable for each individual user via a secure website
• Standard Antivirus services include scanning by two different definition files at the server
• Optional Premium E-mail cleaning also scans emails at the gateway using two different definition files
• A licensed copy of Outlook 2007 for FREE for each user
