Yes - all logons are always forced to use SSL. All email can also optionally be delivered using TLS (transport layer security) if a client requires TLS to a partner this can also be built out for an additional charge.
1 domain is included with your purchase of Hosted Exchange. Additional domains can be added for additional fees.

There is a 125MB size limit on emails that are sent and received through the hosted exchange system, and a limit of 25MB on the shared Windows and Linux systems.
