Final ASP will provide each user with a mailbox on our hosted Exchange 2007 system. Features include the following:
- A mailbox on our system with access to Email, Calendars, Contacts, Journaling, Tasks and Notes
- Encrypted Access to web-based Email, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Notes and Public Folders via Outlook Web Access (OWA)
- Ability to share Email, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, etc. among users
- Ability to make meeting requests\Ability to set out of office replies
- Central Address lists
- Public Folders for document management and information with groups of users
- Email can optionally be filtered for Spam and Viruses via our award winning Email cleaning system. Our Anti-Spam service is also highly-customizable for each individual user via a secure website
- Standard Antivirus services include scanning by two different definition files at the server
- Optional Premium Email cleaning also scans emails at the gateway using two different definition files
- A licensed copy of Outlook 2007 for FREE for each user
