To set up an iPhone, go to the mail application and select Microsoft Exchange under "add accounts". The information you will need is as follows:

Email: Full Email Address (Ex: john.doe@finalasp.com)
Username: FINALASP\Account ID (EX: FINALASP\john.doe_finalasp)
Password: Password for this email account
Server: webmail.finalasp.com

Note: To find your Account ID: Log into cpanel.finalasp.com with your full email address, and password and select Exchange > Exchange Summary from the left sidebar.

For older iPhones, you may need to put in the "Domain" information. In this case, the information you will need is as follows:

Email: Full Email Address (Ex: john.doe@finalasp.com)
Username: Account ID (EX: john.doe_finalasp)
Password: Password for this email account
Server: webmail.finalasp.com
Domain: FINALASP
