Try to reprovision the phone.

To reprovision, first go to the Goodlink main page on your device. Then type in "debug" (without the quotes). This should give you a screen that says "Command:" In this screen type in "reprov", and press enter. It will ask you if you are sure type "y" and press enter. This will start to reprovision your device. There will be a few reboots of the device. When it reboots make sure the phone is turned back on and then start Goodlink.
