How to run the Enterprise Activation for users with BlackBerry Enterprise service. These instructions are for users running BlackBerry version 5.0 or lower.
NOTE: Make sure that you have BlackBerry Enterprise Service with your cellular provider before trying to activate your phone.

1. Make sure that your account is also
provisioned for BlackBerry in the Final ASP Control Panel. If so, click the BlackBerry Menu button on the phone to open the menu and select the Options menu.
2. Open the Advanced Options menu.
3. Open the Enterprise Activation menu.
4. Put in your email address and activation password, click the BlackBerry Menu button to bring up the activation menu and select Activate.
This will begin the activation process on your phone.

Common Activation Issues:
Activation gets stuck on "Activating..." screen: This is usually because the account with the cellular carrier is not configured for BlackBerry Enterprise Service. Call to verify that you have BES service with them and try the activation again. If you continue to have issues with this, feel free to contact the support team.
