First please make sure that you have the blackberry enterprise package on the phone. This will allow for the blackberry to communicate with our server.

Next log into the control panel site at cpanel.finalasp.com and go to User Management > Users. Then select the User's services that you wish to activate on the Blackberry server. Enter the activation password and click provision.

Then on the phone go to Options > Advanced Options > Enterprise Activation. (NOTE: If you do not see this option you probably do not have the correct blackberry package on the phone.) Enter your email address and the activation password. and click activate.

This should setup your Blackberry to receive your Exchange e-mail.
