How to re-sync a BlackBerry with a server for users having issues sending or receiving mail from a Final ASP Exchange account.
Here is a tip on how to resync a BlackBerry to our BlackBerry Enterprise server. This can help anyone who is having issues receiving messages on their phone.

1. Click the BlackBerry Menu button to bring up the menu list and select the Options menu.
2. Open the Advanced Options menu.
3. Open the Enterprise Activation menu.
4. Inside the Enterprise Activation screen hold down the Alt key and type cnfg (while still hold Alt). This will take you to a hidden screen.
5. Once there, set Wireless Sync to No.
3. Click the BlackBerry Menu button and select Save.
5. Repeat step 4 and set Wireless Sync back to Yes, then save the setting.
In a few minutes your device will start a re-sync with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. If this does not work, you may need to run a
diagnostic test to verify the phone is connecting properly with the network.
