If you are running an Enterprise Activation on your BlackBerry phone and the activation gets stuck on a screen that says "Activating" then most likely the phone is not on a BlackBerry Enterprise Plan. The BlackBerry needs to send a confirmation email to our BlackBerry Enterprise servers in order to activate. If the phone is not on a data plan with the current wireless provider or is on the BlackBerry Internet Service plan it will not activate. We recommend all users who are having issues activating check with your current provider to make sure you are on the BlackBerry Enterprise plan.
