MEMPHIS, TENN., (Jan. 5, 2022) – As of Jan. 3, 2022, ProTech Services Group, Inc., has assumed Final Source’s client and employee bases. The two companies came to a mutually beneficial partnership to transfer key technical resources following the death of Final Source CEO and founder Casey Condo and ensuing pandemic-related challenges.

“We are thrilled to enter into a partnership with Final Source,” said Dan Weddle, ProTech’s president and CEO. “Cheryl and her team have laid a strong foundation, and we’re excited to add their employees to our existing – and growing – company infrastructure.” 

The transition to ProTech was a strategic and a personal one for Final Source CEO Cheryl Condo, wife of the company’s founder. As a Memphis-based company, it was critical to her that its existing customers have a local service provider that could seamlessly take on and manage their multifaceted IT needs. Weddle, a friend and professional colleague of Casey Condos, demonstrated interest and ultimately came to an agreement with Final Source.

“This was not an easy decision, but I cannot think of a better leader than Dan and a better organization than ProTech to continue the good work Casey started,” Cheryl Condo said.
